I’ve been frustrated with the traditional ‘sales’ techniques in the reading/education I’ve been doing, as I’d been struggling to find any literature on the approach that I’d been finding successful.
You really confirmed that the direction I have is right, and to keep going down this (albeit with a few of your recommended tweaks!). I have a business mentor who’s been pushing me to do the old school harder sales approach, ‘ask for the sale right there’ etc, but I knew it wasn’t right.
