This program analyses and works at the level of team and individual with the overall goal of improving team performance. At the same time, through personal reflection and development, you get to see how your own enhanced performance positively impacts your workgroup and contributes to positive results.

With all of my executive and leadership coaching to date having been one-on-one, I have decided to broaden this to an "in-house group program" to assist in creating a broader impact from leadership teams becoming more efficient, collectively.

The program consists of both training and coaching, demonstrated by research to be a powerful dual combination. It is one thing for people to learn about a subject but it is quite another for them to change behaviours and then proceed to habitualise those behaviours.

The ten-month term of this program is designed to provide ongoing input to embed your skills while applying them in the context of managing a team. It includes homework and monthly accountability calls, to further enhance effectiveness.

The 4 objectives below represent the primary areas I have observed that desperately need improving in many companies.

However, as this program is a tailored approach, the objectives can be refined according to your requirements.


Objective 1: Increase personal productivity

How the leadership circle works

  • Minimum of 2 people, maximum of 7.
  • A tailor-made approach to your team's requirements. We establish the objectives before starting.
  • Limited to one company's team, thus "in-house."
  • 10 monthly group sessions with the first onsite and in-person (assuming all participants are in the same location), and the remaining sessions online.
  • Scheduled monthly calls with each participant.
  • Preliminary work to better understand each manager and tailor the program according to common needs while addressing individual specifics.
  • Homework.
  • All calls will be recorded for those who can't attend.
  • Unlimited phone and email access for all participants, to answer questions and help with particular situations as they arise.
  • Regular check-in and unlimited contact with the "owner" of the project.
  • Each participant will also receive a copy of my latest book, How Efficiency Changes The Game.

  • For current and past clients, take 20% off.
  • For Australian companies, the onsite session will incur no additional travel costs. For outside Australia, travel expenses will be additional.
