While this program is designed to support those who aspire to lead, as well as those newly appointed to leadership roles, seasoned leaders will also benefit.
It seeks to highlight the nature of people while building relevant leadership skills and is structured to provide the time to reflect and embed each learning area within the context of busy work environments and workloads.
It is designed to be conducted with teams from the same organisation and can also be adapted for individual team needs.
It includes homework, accountability, and unlimited access to me, all to further enhance effectiveness.
Content
Self-Awareness and Emotional Intelligence
Develop a deeper understanding of your personal values, emotional triggers, and behavioural patterns. Learn how emotions shape your decisions, influence your leadership presence, and impact the quality of your relationships. We will also review leadership styles, their strengths and weaknesses, when to use them, along with identifying your potential default style.
Leading People #1. Social Styles and Personality
Explore the default behaviours and communication preferences of yourself, your team, and your colleagues. Gain practical insight into how different personality styles interact, and how to adapt your approach to strengthen teamwork and performance.
Leading People #2. The Conditions for Motivating and Engaging Others
Discover what drives people, how to tap into intrinsic motivation, and how to create conditions where others perform at their best. Build skill and confidence in addressing issues early, navigating disagreement, and maintaining relationships while resolving tension.
Leading People #3. Moving from managing others to coaching others
This session deals with practical coaching skills that help leaders unlock potential in their teams. Participants learn how to use powerful questioning, active listening, and feedback techniques to deepen insight, build confidence, and drive self-directed performance improvement. We will also discuss the associated challenges and tactics you can use when moving from being "one of the team" to "leading the team."
From Operations to Strategy. Strategic Thinking and Big-Picture Awareness
Learn to think beyond the immediate task by aligning work with organisational goals and identifying opportunities for improvement or innovation. We will look at the components of strategy and its relationship to business and departmental planning.
Time and Task Management #1: Master Time, Harness Energy
Helping leaders understand where their time really goes and how to shift from reactive busyness to deliberate focus. Participants learn to identify their daily energy peaks and troughs, when to do high or low-value work, manage interruptions, and prioritise effectively.
Time and Task Management #2: Working Smarter with Systems and Habits
Building on the previous session, this module explores practical tools and structures to sustain productivity over time. Learn how to plan strategically, streamline recurring tasks, delegate with clarity, and establish habits that maintain energy and focus.
Flex session
This session is intentionally left open to address key themes that have emerged from the previous sessions and to allow time for deeper discussion and extended Q&A. It also allows the CEO to request a specific session for when the program is being completed with one company’s team.
Developing Your Leadership Presence and Path Forward
Reflect on personal growth through the year, articulate a leadership philosophy—in conjunction with the previous Leadership Styles identification—and set goals for continued development and influence.

There are three options available
All options contain:
- Completion of all topics listed above and can be adapted to your specific requirements.
- Personally facilitated training Zoom calls (Approximately 90 min duration).
- Completion of my Leadership, Time Management and Managing People assessments with personalised feedback.
- Individual calls before and after the course to establish personal goals and review successes and challenges.
- Each session will have a component of homework review, accountability, and Q&A.
- All sessions will be recorded if you can’t attend.
- Unlimited contact with me for the duration of the program. This also includes the CEO or authorising manager/business owner.
- A complimentary copy of my latest book: How Efficiency Changes the Game.
Option One – Condensed Core Team Sessions
For managers who are highly independent learners. People who want the content and are fully able to apply it to any situation in their work life with ease. These managers may really want to spend time on their professional development but may not feel they have the time to dedicate themselves to personalised coaching.
- 5 sessions over 10 weeks
- $4500 +GST per attendee (capped at $20,000 +GST when 5 or more attend).
- Attendees: Min 3 – Max 8
Option Two - With Coaching
- All things in option one
- Add 5 additional (fortnightly) individual coaching sessions with selected leaders: $1500 +GST pp
Option Three - Full immersive experience.
Helpful for individuals who would benefit from tailored guidance. Designed to support and nurture your best talent, the people in whom you see the greatest potential, but who also need the most amount of support, so their skills can be fully realised.
- 10 sessions over 10 months
- 10 individual coaching sessions
- $9,000 +GST per attendee, with every fourth leader complimentary
- Attendees: Min 2 – Max 8
Option 3 also includes: A monthly progress/update call to the CEO or authorising manager/business owner along with a "flex" session on the ninth month. It is intentionally left open to address key themes that have emerged from the previous eight sessions and to allow time for deeper discussion and extended Q&A. It also allows the CEO or authorising manager/business owner to request a specific session.
NOTES:
- If you only have one leader to participate, let me know. If I have enough individuals from different companies, I will consider running one for those interested.
- A full refund only applies where I am not able to fulfil my obligation; otherwise, monies paid can be credited against other work.
